Architectural Graduate James Hirata CV & Portfolio (2014)

james hirata

Thank you for viewing my CV and Portfolio.

I am currently seeking a permanent/part time position to work in the architecture & interior design industry.

I have recently completed a Bachelors Degree in Architectural Studies (BAS), majoring in Interior Architecture at Victoria University of Wellington in New Zealand.

My graduation was in February 2014. Since then, I have worked as a contract 3D Artist for Catalyst Creative Ltd (single project contract between February and March 2014) and Buildmedia Ltd (July 2014 - Nov 2014).

I'm passionate about visual creativity and user experience, which is why I also do a photography and photobooth service on the side as a serious hobby.

It's an absolutely humbling experience to have worked with some of the best. I learned that none of my works are perfect; but I aim to make myself better with each new task, building both my craft and personal attributes.

Hope you enjoy my work and I look forward to hearing from you.

At Kazu Restaurant Group and Musashi Japanese Cuisine, I learned the value of customer service and personal discipline (Japanese style!), to think like a customer: How is the quality and delivery timing of the products? Are the staff members helpful, kind and trustworthy? Are they hard working or lazy?
